就是说 r38020 后面的版本就没有内置了(更新的日期为 20180316)，而这又是目前浏览器中兼容性比较好的音频格式。如果换用 mp3 ，chrome 家族是可以的，但是 firefox 不支持...
而这个说明里的使用 libfdk-aac-1.dll 的方法，我试过了，至少在目前这个最新的版本中，很不稳定，有些视频编码后就使用不了。
据说可以换用兼容性更好的 ogg 格式，但我实在没找到转换的方法。
